How to setup Local Replication in Lotus Notes 8.5.X

Are you using Lotus Notes? Do you want to read your Mail Database even your not Connected to your Office? If yes you can setup Local Replication in Lotus Notes.

Right click at  Mail Database select Replication and click New Replica

Note: Make sure the Advance Menus was check in View Menu bar in Lotus Notes

Click the Folder Icon and choose the drive where you like to save the Replica.

then click Replica Settings.

Uncheck – Encrypt the replica then Click the More Settings button.

Unchecked the Send documents to server to avoid local replica transmit the OLD MAIL to Mail Server

At the Send – Unchecked all options then click OK button.

On the screen shot above you will see if the replication was done.
