Lotus Notes Mail Rules

To manage and organize your Lotus Notes Inbox using folders you can use Mail Rules 

 

First create the folder where the Email will be reside

Type folder name

On Mail>Tools>Rules and Click New Rule

Rules may be created using the following mail message properties:

• Sender
• Subject Line
• Body
• Importance
• Delivery Priority
• To
• CC
• BCC
• To Or CC
• Body Or Subject Line
• Internet Domain
• Message Size (In Bytes)
• All Documents

On This Demo i choose
Sender / is /and type email Address of the other Mail Domain (ex. jlumandas16@yahoo.com)
For Internal Mail type Domino Directory Name and Domain Organization (ex. Johann Lumandas/Agila)
 And click Add Button

On Specify Actions>Drop down and select Move to Folder> click Select Button> Choose Folder Demo>Click Add Action and OK Button

Installing Windows Platform using USB Drive
