Lotus Notes Auto Reply for Resigned Employee

Create Mail Database for Auto Response this Database will be use for creating Template.

From File Menu>Application>New>Select mail85.ntf Template

Select the Auto Response database and Open in Designer.

From Code>Agents>Select the Button New Agent

 On Type: Select Simple Actions and Click OK Button

On event>Drop down and select after new mail has arrived.

Click Add Action

On Action>Choose Reply to Sender

Type the Reply message, you can also check Include a copy of the document in the message and Save.

To convert the Mail Database to Auto Response Template

Select the autoresponse.nsf>Go to File Menu>Application>New Copy

Specify What to Copy> Select Application design only and Click OK Button.

For the Resigned Employee replace their Mail Database autoresponse.ntf
